Account Terms

  1. You must be a human to use the service. No bots or automated methods.
  2. One account per person - no sharing accounts.
  3. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
  4. You may not use the account for illegal purposes.

User Data and Privacy

  1. We collect and store data necessary for the app’s functionality (location, notification preferences, etc.).
  2. Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  3. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Pricing and Payments

  1. Service prices may change with 7 days notice via email or in-app notification.
  2. Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable.
  3. No refunds for partial months, unused time, or downgrades.
  4. App Store/Google Play Store purchases are subject to their respective refund policies.
  5. Subscriptions auto-renew by default. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
  6. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Service Features

  1. Free features may become paid features with 7 days notice.
  2. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
  3. Pollen data and notifications are provided for informational purposes only.
  4. Service availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.

Account Cancellation

  1. Cancel your account anytime through the app settings.
  2. Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions.
  3. Cancel subscriptions separately through:
    • Apple App Store: via Apple ID settings
    • Google Play Store: via Google Play settings

Content and Data

  1. We may use anonymized data for service improvement.
  2. We have the right (not obligation) to refuse or remove any user content.
  3. You’re responsible for any content you add to the service.

Service Modifications

  1. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
  2. We use third-party vendors and services to operate the app.
  3. Technical processing of data may involve transmission over various networks.

Limitations

  1. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  2. We’re not liable for any damages resulting from:
    • Service interruptions
    • Data inaccuracies
    • Actions taken based on app data
    • Loss of data

General Conditions

  1. Don’t modify, hack, or exploit the service.
  2. Don’t abuse our staff or other users.
  3. We may temporarily disable accounts for excessive usage.
  4. We may modify these terms anytime without notice.
