Account Terms
- You must be a human to use the service. No bots or automated methods.
- One account per person - no sharing accounts.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
- You may not use the account for illegal purposes.
User Data and Privacy
- We collect and store data necessary for the app’s functionality (location, notification preferences, etc.).
- Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Pricing and Payments
- Service prices may change with 7 days notice via email or in-app notification.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable.
- No refunds for partial months, unused time, or downgrades.
- App Store/Google Play Store purchases are subject to their respective refund policies.
- Subscriptions auto-renew by default. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Service Features
- Free features may become paid features with 7 days notice.
- We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
- Pollen data and notifications are provided for informational purposes only.
- Service availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
Account Cancellation
- Cancel your account anytime through the app settings.
- Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions.
- Cancel subscriptions separately through:
- Apple App Store: via Apple ID settings
- Google Play Store: via Google Play settings
Content and Data
- We may use anonymized data for service improvement.
- We have the right (not obligation) to refuse or remove any user content.
- You’re responsible for any content you add to the service.
Service Modifications
- We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
- We use third-party vendors and services to operate the app.
- Technical processing of data may involve transmission over various networks.
Limitations
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We’re not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Service interruptions
- Data inaccuracies
- Actions taken based on app data
- Loss of data
General Conditions
- Don’t modify, hack, or exploit the service.
- Don’t abuse our staff or other users.
- We may temporarily disable accounts for excessive usage.
- We may modify these terms anytime without notice.
